Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches, small order of Mozzarella sticks & a medium drink. Drive thru was NOT busy but server requested that I move my car to the door because they were cooking the mozzarella sticks. 🤷‍♀️ no one in line behind me & no one came through the drive thru the entire time we were waiting, which fortunately was only about 3 minutes. But the young black girl that brought out our order was not at all friendly, did not smile, or even thank us. In fact, she acted like she was doing US a favor! There is more I could say but I won't. The food was good although the service was lacking!

It's hard to find a good Arby's anymore but this one was actually good and the food was tasty but they rip you off on the portion of roast beef they put on the sandwiches so it's still 50/50 in my book

I don’t even know how to leave a revive low enough for this establishment. I am so disgusted by the lack of common decency displayed here today. I don’t think I have ever been anywhere in my life that I have been treated with so little respect and manners. Arby’s is in the service industry and it is the responseability of the employees to take the orders not me; as a customer I expect to be treated as a guest and expect please and thank you, personally , I like to hear that followed with Sir ( my husband) or Ma’am ( for myself). Big fail today Arby’s.

You really need to work on customer service and how your employees speak to their guest. Aljiane was the absolute worst. On 11/08/23 at 12:03pm not only was I spoken to rude at the speaker, but never once was I greeted with a smile or anything pleasant, just "pull forward" and then "pull to the curb" and shut the window. And I don't know who that woman was that brought put the food, but those 5" long nails are extremely unsanitary!!! You know how much germs are under a regular fingernail??? That should be a food and safety violation.

I pulled up to order with no one in the drive thru and was still rushed to complete my order. When I attempted to find items on the menu I was met with sighs and rude comments in the background. Due to the hostility I received taking my order I decided to just drive off because I did not feel comfortable having these people fix my food.

We love Arby’s food. This store always gets our order wrong. Every time. We expect it and only go when we are prepared to be patient and get things corrected. This visit we were missing straws, got smaller fries than we ordered, and my kid was missing tenders and fries. When I went back inside, I noticed that they had three folks working and they were going fast. They were polite and trying to manage inside and drive through. I don’t know why, but they just have trouble getting the orders correct. Poppers are awesome though. We will keep coming back.

Such rude employees, never a thank you or have a good day. They talk among themselves about non work related stuff as you wait to pay and shove your food at you. I think that’s my last time using this location. Customer service is horrible every time.
